Privacy Policy

Subyssos is a local-first subscription manager for Android, published by Bored Devs Studio. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app.

Information we collect

None. Subyssos has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no backend. The app is built without the Android INTERNET permission, so it cannot send data off your device.

Information stored on your device

To do its job, the app stores the following locally on your device only:

• The subscriptions you add — name, plan, amount, currency, billing period, dates, category, notes, and any alert or reminder settings.
• Your app preferences — for example reminder lead time, budget, and display options.

This information is kept in the app's private storage (a local database and preferences). It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else.

Notifications

Renewal reminders are generated locally on your device using Android's WorkManager. No push notification service or server is involved.

Backups

If you have Android's device backup enabled (a feature of your Google account and device settings), Android may include the app's local data in your device backup. That backup is handled by the operating system and your Google account under Google's terms — we have no access to it and never receive a copy. You can disable backups in your device settings.

Analytics, ads, and tracking

None. The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.

Third-party names and logos

The app shows service names and logos (for example Netflix, Spotify, or Greek providers) so you can identify your subscriptions. These names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.

Payments

The app does not process payments and does not connect to your bank. It only tracks the amounts you enter yourself.

Children

Subyssos is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

You are in full control:

• Delete individual subscriptions in the app.
• Clear all app data via Settings → Apps → Subyssos → Storage → Clear data.
• Uninstall the app to remove all of its local data from your device (subject to any device backup you have enabled).

Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
